A first look at our brand management offerings.

Once your brand is built, the real work begins—keeping it alive and consistent as you grow. That’s where brand management comes in. Think of these services as ongoing care for your brand: sometimes you just need a quick tune-up, other times you need someone riding alongside you for a season of evolution.

Two ways to work:

Day Trips

$1200 per day

A Day Trip is exactly what it sounds like: a full day with me dedicated to your brand. You send me a list of what needs attention, I knock out as much as I can, and you end the day with real progress (not a growing to-do list).

Good for things like:

✅ Designing a bundle of social graphics or templates

✅ Setting up and designing email workflows and series

✅ Creating a sales page or one-page site

✅ Designing collateral like pitch decks, packaging mockups, or merch

✅ Sprucing up your visual identity or website

How it Works:

1️⃣ Send me your prioritized list 3-5 days before our date

2️⃣ I spend the day working through it in order of priority

3️⃣ You get completed deliverables by the end of the day (or within 48 hours if I need polish time)

4️⃣ If more is left, you can always book another Day Trip, or a half day ($600)

The Residency

$3000 per month (approx. 5 dedicated hours per week)

The Residency is for when your brand needs more than a quick fix. Think of me as temporarily “on your team”, helping you refine, create, and launch the brand experiences that will move your business forward.

Good for things like:

✅ Restructuring or developing an experience (memberships, programs, services, digital products, etc.)

✅ Visually and verbally branding those experiences

✅ Building out a suite of web, social, and email assets that work together for a launch

✅ Adjusting your brand positioning as you grow and creating updated brand strategy guides

✅ Visual identity or website overhauls to ensure full brand integration

How it Works:

1️⃣ Kickoff call to set priorities and deliverables

2️⃣ (If needed) I run an audit or brand check-in to see what’s working and what’s not

3️⃣ You get dedicated design, copy, and strategy support throughout the month

4️⃣ We stay connected via Slack and Notion for questions and requests

5️⃣ Clear deliverables are in your hands by the end of each month
